Don’t go without me
Take me to another land
to a place I’ve never been.
I’ll travel as your luggage,
through land so far unseen.
Treat me as your servant,
I’ll slave for you each day.
I would never answer back,
or from your side would stray.
Silent as the dead I’d be,
creep around on my tiptoe.
I would not breath until you said,
or step upon your shadow.
Please don’t go without me,
oh I’ll really pout if you do.
Don’t you see I am begging,
will you miss me, I’ll miss you....
