Near me
My eyes are open,
but I cannot see,
I know your there,
in front of me.
I just reach out to
touch your face.
but my hands in
an empty space.
Touch me tell me
that your near,
it’s your absence
that I really fear.
Please speak to me
in words so clear,
tell me that you’ll
always be near.
