Champagne smile
A champagne smile is what you have,
like an unopened bottle, quite and still,
but at that point of sheer exhilaration,
you will pop your cork, contents to spill.
Your lips when pouting makes me sad,
but when the smile, they then devastate,
turn my easy humour, into pure ardour,
and for that moment, it is hard to wait.
Then just as my flame is kindled well,
so that my senses are burning bright,
that's when you blow a teasing kiss,
so bid me then, your fond good night.
